UPDATE AS OF 10 23 2016. Filed suit yesterday to get all of my money back. Shane(owner) of s and s has still failed to makre anything right. FOUND OUT TODAY SHANE HAS BEEN SUED NOT TO LONG AGO AND DIDN'T EVEN SHOW TO COURT AND JUDGEMENT WAS AWARDED TO VICTIM. This review has been updated after the owners reply. ........Horrible experience. First off it WAS A STOLEN TRUCK HE SOLD ME. I HAVE COURT PAPERS TO PROVE IT AND IT'S SINCE BE SEIZED BY COURTS. I bought IT from them 2 months ago. From the start he wouldn't fix the air conditoner. So I had to complain to get him to do anything. He knocked off 200 bucks but the cost of repair was double that. Within a week I noticed fuel gauge messed up. That was another 390 to get that fuel pump etc fixed. Brakes started leaking everywhere. Radiator started leaking soon after. It was in shop longer than I actually had it up until Montgomery County sheriffs came and seized it. Shane then proceeded to tell me I gotta wait to hear about getting my money back. Said his lawyer told him I shouldn't have let sheriffs seize it because of a fair purchase act. THAT ACT DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH STOLEN VEHICLES. I also noticed something taking place on his carlot the day I bought the vehicle. I'll save that for later. ....update AS YOU CAN SEE THE OWNER IS ALL ABOUT MAKING EXCUSES INSTEAD OF STEPPING UP AND TAKING CARE OF HIS CUSTOMERS. THE TRUCK WAS STOLEN AND ANYONE WHO READS THIS I'LL BE GLAD TO PROVIDE PROOF. WHETHER SHANE KNEW IT WAS STOLEN OR NOT THE POINT WAS IT WAS STOLEN AND NOW ME AND MY FAMILY ARE STRUGGLING TO GET BY WITH ONE CAR. AS FAR AS THE AC I STATED IN ORIGINAL POST THAT I TOOK IT ANYWAY AND TOOK HIS WORD ON A "CHEAP" FIX. REGARDLESS THE COUNTLESS OTHER PROBLEMS THAT HAPPENED WITH THE VEHICLE WERE MIND BLOWING. I've had to hire an attorney to go after my money. BOTTOM LINE IS HE IS THE BUSINESS AND OWNER AND I AS A CUSTOMER SHOULD'VE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF RIGHT AWAY. Feel free to contact me. If things aren't corrected soon I will be posting on Craigslist and all of social media daily. I will not do without because a business screwed up.

I have been searching for a vehicle for quite some time and have always got the run around with pricing and pushing. If you've been to car dealerships you know what I mean. I found S&S Auto Sales on Craigslist and was immediately blown away at their prices and the information they actually put on their post. I called and spoke to a lady in regards to a couple vehicles I was interested in, and the customer service was exceptional. She stated she was the office clerk, however was well informed of the vehicles information and didn't have to transfer me to a salesman. In my case scored them even more points with me. I drove over an hour to look in person and was majorly surprised to find extensive information and cash pricing in the window of all their vehicles. The owner whom also was the salesman was very straight forward with what he knew about the vehicles, made me feel like I was a valued customer, made me feel like I was dealing with a buddy and not a salesman. During I made the final decision on a vehicle I was told to take the time to pray about it if I needed, I mean who does that? Score for them again. It was awesome. I was just continually blown away by this business. I will most definitely purchase their again, and send whomever I know looking to purchase a vehicle to this business. Thank you again, Kaci and Shane for exceptional business and the smoothest vehicle purchasing transaction I've ever made.
DONT BUY FROM THIS MAN!!!!!!!! I HAVE NO REASON TO TALK BAD ABOUT SOMEONE IM A HARD WORKING MOTHER I was looking for a good car so I stopped in here they where nice and sweet and talked me right into buying this car every dim I had from my taxes.. it over heated omw home from leaving the lot I had to have it towed home.. I tried fixing the problem and found out it was more so I called and asked if we can work something out cause if not I'm taking him to court his reply to me is WELL LETS GO TO COURT!! So he is a lier about never being sued I know I can't be the only one!! It's sad that he took the money away from my kids and I can't even get to work..!! I hope your happy and proud of yourself.
