Everyone was extremely nice and the doctor was wonderful!
Dr. Dubin listened to everything I had to say and gave the best advice he could. The staff wasn't as helpful. I am handicapped and walk with a cane (heavily dependant on the cane). I have been to this facility several times. Every time I go and get up to the window the staff doesn't acknowledge that I am standing there (in pain) waiting to give my information so I can sit down. After I give them my information, I usually get called back up to the window for questions about my pharmacy. This pharmacy information could be given in the room when you get called back to see the dr. Usually Orthopedic patients are in pain or handicapped, why should we be called back up to the desk???
The staff is extremely rude especially the women who answer the phone. They have no people person skills.
