There was a little bit of a line, but I didn't wait long. The woman who cut my hair was very friendly. I got a simple trim and got my hair thinned some. Price was decent.

I have been going here for about 2 years, if not longer. I just took my son to get a haircut. Showed the stylist a picture and explained a few things. She cut it way, way shorter, and it wasn't even the same style as the picture. She asked him at one point if it looked alright, and he said yes and then she continues to cut it shorter. Plus she used the one kind of scissors they use to thin people's hair out. My son has really thin, fine hair already. I feel so bad for him and I get really mad every time I look at his hair. Then the manager, I'm assuming, gets an attitude with me, like I did something wrong. They have lost our business. And we have a lot of hair that gets cut.
the woman who cut my hair did an awful job. It's super choppy and uneven. There is a huge gap in my hair. I will definitely never be at this great clips ever again. Looks like a 5 year old child did it. Also there were not a lot of employees working. When I went today there were only 2 or 3 people working.
I wouldn't go back here. I asked for my hair to be cut one way and for the top not to be touched and the first thing the lady does is take the top down to the scalp. She was in a conversation with a co-worker and didn't even notice that she completely ignored what I requested. I usually either cut my own hair or go to a barber shop and I knew better than to go there. I went in because they were the only shop open that late on a Saturday. I should have trusted my instincts.
