When we could get help it was very good.discounts on contractor packs of items could be better and I'm sure would be if there was more competition , over all a good but not great experience.

I prepaid for 32 pieces of trim on Tues. I went to pick it up on Thurs. and there was only 5 good pieces. I had to drive to London to get remaining pieces.
Can't get the lumber department to answer the phone. Ever!
