This is not a medical review...sorry I do not know how their service is to patients. I do however do a lot of work for Grace and see a lot of happy, friendly, helpful staff always trying to help patients. I do not interact with the doctors though and of course have know idea on those encounters. I work for the IS department and everyone of them are great individuals who work very hard to make Grace better everyday.
You can't get test results at all. You have to wait 2 months just to see doctor. The doctors are good . They don't have a good support team.
This was a really good place UNTIL Grace Community took over. Now it takes a month or longer to get an appointment and another month for them to schedule a MRI. Dr. Kelvin Perry is great, the rest of the crew is severely lacking. I have a feeling a lot of patients will be finding someplace else to go.

What is going on there? I called for an appointment to see the nurse practitioner (which used to be the next day or two) and was told it would be the end of October and longer than that for the Dr. They only want you to see a PA. Has the practice gotten that busy or is it that much cheaper for them to use PA's?
