Picked us up in Somerset KY to take us to a doctors appointment in London KY. Had to stop at Kmart so the drivers could change out. The guy didn't even know the address we were going to and got turned around on the way there. The worst part was the van had a bad leak coming off of the manifold and the exhaust fumes made the both of us ill. I still have a headache and I've been out of the vehicle since 3 pm. I called Venture to explain the situation and request a different vehicle to transport us back to Somerset. The man that answered the phone said he would send another driver because he need his Somerset driver back anyway. Then he comments to me "It's funny I haven't received a single complaint from anybody except you." "I don't understand why my drivers haven't reported this to me." "Why haven't they reported it to me?"Your driver told me it had been like that since Sunday and they had it looked at today and it's supposed to be repaired tomorrow." He said to me then, "I haven't heard anything until now." So, I said,"Are you insinuating that I'm being disingenuous about being physically ill from the exhaust leak that your van has?" And he replies, "I just don't understand why my drivers haven't reported an exhaust leak to me." To which I replied, "I don't know that's between you and your drivers but we're not riding back in that van!" His oh-so-professional reply was to hang up on me!!! Pathetic! A sorry excuse for a company that provides public transportation for people... I'll never use this service again!!!
I have a friend who lives locally to Corbin and I live in NC. She needed help getting to a Doctors appointment and I told her I would find a way to help her. Venture picked up my friend, took her to her appointment, then came back after her appointment, took her by the pharmacy and then took her home. They allowed me to pay for it over the phone and were very kind and accommodating. I'm not sure what my friend or I would have done without their help. Thank you!
Called 5hrs. Ahead and booked a pickup and they didn't show..Called to see if they were on the way and got hung up on.
We was stuck in Mt Veron Ky and need to get to Somerset. Had no other options. But inside car was nasty. And the ride was very strange to say nice. I hope I never need can ride again
Awesome customer service. Eli was on time to pick me up and was very friendly. And helped me save a few bucks!! If I'm ever in town again and need a cab I will definitely be using this cab service again.
