Had a lady lock her keys in her car and waited for hours for another service that never showed. I suggested she call Daniel and he was there within minutes. Great guy and a great business.
My mother was hit while pulling out from Kroger parking lot three days ago. Wallens toed her vehicle to another shop as my mother requested. Today I called to see how much I owed them for their service s. However, they stated that there would be no charges for their help. Now you might be thinking that's because they will get paid by the insurance company, but the police report ruled it my motherthey simply said they could see my mother was very stressed about what had happened and wasn't going to add to it. Thankful good people are still out there! s fault so they already knew they would not be getting paid.
These guys are amazing. After a accident my family and were involved in they, were quick to respond. First a gentleman in a company pick-up arrived, even before the police, to make sure everyone was OK and see what would be needed. Followed by a small car to transport my family to the car rental office, then the wrecker shortly after. They moved quick to load and we were on our way to the rental office tow truck, passenger vehicle and all. They walked in to the rental office to make sure everything was square with them. Finally off to the shop to drop off the wrecked vehicle. They lowered the car down and even helped move our luggage from one car to another. They have since kept in touch and were quicker than the insurance companies to check in. Really an amazing group of people.
These guys are some of the best folks I know. We rented a U-haul from them n they really went above what we cud ask for. Thanks so much for your help n business. God bless you all.
