Staff wasn't rude but they certainly weren't attentative. My wife ordered meat loaf with dumplings. The dumplings were COLD, meatloaf was burnt to a crisp hard and black. A few people had eggs and they tasted really weird. Manager said he was going to take some stuff off the bill for all of the issues and removed 2 if the kids sprites. We love cracker barrel but this is not one to go to.
Best place in town for down home cooking..Pecan Pies are made from scratch and the holidays are a great time to buy for parties or just to eat...yum I can taste the pecan pie now...
Love the food and atmosphere, they had a nice fire going in the dining room, staff was very helpful and friendly.

The food is typically very good, it’s rare I get anything that is sub-par. The customer service however varies pretty widely. It seems like they can’t keep any employees as there’s always new people working. I’ve never really had any particularly bad experiences though.
