#1 they never wore gloves #2 manager dropped something on the ground, picked it up and continued to unwrap cheese WITHOUT washing hands. #3 dropped one of the burgers but she did throw it away and made new #4 lady coughed on our food before bagging it. #5 messes up the whole order! So yeah bad experience.
coke icee had a weird aftertaste, service was a little lacking, but good, hot, punctual food. three stars.
I can’t comment on the food because I didn’t get a chance to try it. The service is the worst though. I stood at the counter for 10 min waiting for someone to take my order. There was no one there. The only employee I saw was in the back looking at a magazine or book. I asked for help and was ignored. I didn’t get order so I finally just left.
The food was good, but the service was terrible. The girls were all hanging out the back door smoking, letting the freezing cold air in, making our food cold.
Very friendly staff and clean bathrooms. Next truck stop is at the top of the mountain so overnight parking can be fun if you don't get here early. Showers are ok. Coffee is pretty good.
